1. Is the price of charcoal negotiable?

The charcoal prices in our listing are based on a minimum purchase volume of 1x40ft and are negotiable based on your purchase volume and contract length.

Some countries will require these documents to be legalized. Please let us know if you need legalization.

3. What information do we send you before quoting?

Is the volume stable?

4. How can I get a sample to check the quality before placing a bulk order?

Yes, you can. Please contact us via WhatsApp +84 978 070 466 and we will send you 1 kg charcoal sample for free, but you have to pay the delivery fee.

5. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer, exporter and investor of wood and charcoal in Vietnam.
We have been manufacturing and exporting in the global market for over 10 years.

6. Delivery time and shipping time?

Delivery time varies from 20 to 30 days, depending on your packaging and artwork requirements.

We usually ship our goods from Cat Lai Port (Ho Chi Minh City).

7. What are the terms of payment?

Payment terms are:
- 50% advance payment (TT) by bank transfer and the remaining balance will be paid against copies of shipping documents.
- 100% LC at sight, with a minimum amount of USD 15,000.00.

8. Can you accept ODM and OEM and Customized Packaging?

Yes. Please send us your packaging requirements and artwork details along with the type of charcoal you bite.

We can produce your specific product with your image in Cardboard Box, PP Bag and Kraft Bag.
